At Little Bit Country Boutique, we pride ourselves on quality items but understand that sometimes it's just not the right fit! At this time, we do exchange for credit or product only within 14 days of purchase. If you were mailed your product, the 14 days starts from when the tracking states you received your item(s). Purchases made between November 26th and December 23rd (2021 holiday purchases) have an extended exchange window and the process above applies until January 20, 2022.
To initiate the process, simply contact us at email@example.com or through the Facebook page and let us know what went wrong and if you would like credit or a replacement. If you choose store credit, it will be emailed to you (in the form of a gift card) after the returned item has been received. If you choose a replacement item, it will be mailed once the return item has been received. The customer is responsible for return shipping. Items cannot have pet hair, smell of smoke or be otherwise not resellable. LBC reserves the right to refuse an exchange or credit if these qualifications are not met.
Sale items, Clearance items, wholesale, underwear-type items and shoes are final sale, no exchanges or refunds.
Orders sent outside of USA are final sale, no exchanges or refunds.
